This is my fourth attempt to purchase a portable heater that would heat up my 550 sq-ft. finished basement gym.

Each heater purchased prior to this one cost a bit more than the other starting at $100, then $125, then $190 and now this one.

Thought to myself, that's a lot of money for a tiny space heater so I was reluctant and had high expectations... if it didn't outperform my previous purchases then it's going back in the box and being returned, it better impress me right out of the box.

When I said tiny earlier... wow that was my first impression, this thing is really small and very light.

Now I'm thinking how in the can something so small and light be any better than the ones before it.

I took it out of the box, plugged it in, and turned on... second impression, I noticed right away that it clearly put out heat better than the other so in order to get the third impression I ran for a while to see how well it would heat up the gym.

The previous heaters took 3 hours to change the temperature by 1.5 Fahrenheit, this one changed the temperature by 3 degrees in 1.5 hours, so it took half the time to produce twice the heat.

That's a difference of 0.5 degrees per hour versus 2 degrees per hour, or a 400% improvement. Bottom-line is I really like this heater, small, light, super easy controls, looks great and does the job I was hoping for.

Setup couldn't be any easier, (1) take out of the box, (2) plug it in and (3) turn it on...

I would definitely purchase again: I'm just hoping the price will drop some.

This infrared heater is incredible!!!

I have two other "amish" made infrared heaters in nicely finished cabinetry, but....

cords heat up, they are large and bulky and have limited electronic controls with remote.

this "Unique Heat Infrared" is half the size, quieter and more user friendly electronically.

And the proof is in the Pudding.... puts out a ton of heat!!

Easily heated our main living area! We have a ductless heat pump, that recycles every 45 minutes when the external temp drops below 36 degrees, then takes ten to fifteen minutes to complete the recycle and get going again, argh!

So this little unit of infrared heat has been perfect to maintain ambient temperature during this process. And when it gets even colder, is an awesome backup.

The price point is great as well.... much cheaper than the fancy "amish" wooden heaters, but still fits in fine with decor...

Can't go wrong with this one!

I bought this when my furnace out.

I looked at many heating options and ordered this and a ceramic heater.

I keep it in the living room and find it does a good job keeping the main areas of my home warm (living room, dining room, kitchen & hall).

Might be that my furnace was not efficient but my utility bill was actually lower using this heater. While the ceramic heater does a good job blowing a concentrated stream of heat to a particular spot, this heater keeps the room evenly heated.

I'm very pleased with its performance and would purchase it again.

I bought this heater to use in our camper.

I am able to store it away until we get to our campsite. It is user friendly and needs very little time to learn the correct way to use it.

The safe features were one of the important aspects I was after.

The camper is close quarters and safety of overheating, tip safety, and of course since the cabinet does not get hot was very important to us.

Our Campsite has a 50amp service and this heater only pulls 12 amps. This gives us plenty left over for all the other necessities.

This is a nice quiet heater. Infrared heat is one of the best types of heat. It does not remove oxygen from the air like conventional space heaters.

I am impressed I do not have dry sinuses either. I am very happy with my purchase.
