The UniqueHeat^® Decade of Care Limited Warranty

Congratulations on your purchase of your UniqueHeat^®Space Heater and or The UniqueHeat^® Decade of Care Experience.

It is our commitment to providing superior product durability and quality so that you may achieve the very best warmth for you, your family, and your pets.

If the UniqueHeat^® space heater was sold new in the USA by Unique U.S.A., LLC, and is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Unique U.S.A., LLC warrants that, at our option, it will replace or repair the UniqueHeat^® Heater free of charge for an entire decade (10 years) from date of original purchase.

This UniqueHeat^® non-transferable Decade of Care® warranty is for the original purchaser only and is expressly limited as described herein.

Unique U.S.A., LLC, and UniqueHeat^® undertake no other responsibility, and all other warranties, either expressed or implied including specifically the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and the implied warranty of merchantability, are hereby waived and disclaimed.

This warranty extends from the original purchase date of the original product purchased.

This warranty is valid only if the purchaser is an individual who thereafter uses the product for personal consumer use.

The warranty no longer applies after any resale of the UniqueHeat^® space heater whether new or used. Original proof of purchase (including date) by the original purchaser, this warranty document, and the serial number from the rear of the UniqueHeat® space heater will be required to make a warranty claim.

For warranty service, you are required to preserve these documents during the 10 year warranty period.

This warranty applies to the space heater, remote, and filter associated with the original purchase of the space heater.

This warranty is applicable only to space heaters in normal in-home consumer use, and specifically excludes any space heater used for commercial use such as office space, cubicles, dorm rooms, waiting rooms, rental properties, commercial work environments, or any of the like.

This warranty shall not apply if Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat^® determine in its reasonable discretion that the space heater has been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: construction materials, dirt, odor, dust, smoke, hair, mold, mildew, cracks, chips, or damage from weather or water.

Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat^® reserve the right at any time and for any reason to refund the purchaser the full purchase amount of any or all purchases and void any and all terms and conditions of any and all warranties.

Photos may be requested to be sent via the internet to Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat^®.

Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat^® will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s heaters if it is reasonably deemed by Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat® to be defective according to the terms herein during the first ten (10) years since the original purchase. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs and inspection costs associated with repairs or replacements may be the responsibility of the purchaser.

The warranty for any repaired or replaced space heater runs from the date of original purchase and not from the date of the replacement. Whether to repair or to replace the heater shall be at Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat^® sole option.

Warranty Coverage Additional Limitations:

If replacement of a space heater or component takes place, the product being replaced must be sent to Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat® or otherwise disposed of as directed by Unique U.S.A. LLC and UniqueHeat^®. Unique U.S.A., LLC and UniqueHeat® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY SPACE HEATER OR ACCESSORY. REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR AS SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY. THE ONLY WARRANTY IS THE WARRANTY DESCRIBED ON THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT EFFECTIVE IF THE PRODUCT IS USED OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so limitations or exclusions herein may not apply to you. This warranty provides the original purchaser specific legal rights, and there may be other rights that vary from state to state.
